Summary of the role:

Reporting to the Head of Talent and Promotions, assist with bookings, logistics and building relationships, securing Talent across all related activity within the business. Assist in the development of new concepts and projects, identifying opportunities in all relevant areas. Assist in the management of all elements of promotion of the club, assisting the club team personnel with creative and effective contact with customer base.

Talent Booking:

  • Work within the long term talent strategy and music policy for MoS Club, working with the team to identify and develop opportunities
  • Assisting with the club talent roaster ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled from start to finish
  • Identify emerging musical trends and secure emerging talent
  • Manage / work alongside successful brands which fill the calendar and give the very best customer experience
  • Book talent for Ministry of Sound Club, and other events as required
  • Ensure relevant contracts are implemented for all events
  • Provide detailed feedback to MoS group regarding trends and other key events across the industry
  • Manage all MoS group Resident DJs
  • Maintain and manage relationships with all agents, third party MoS London promoters and bookers

Promotions:

  • Execute strategy for all promotions within the club
  • Responsible for all internal and external promotional material
  • Monitor, strategise and report ticket sales and manage all third party ticketing channels increasing revenue where possible
  • Monitor the consumer experience and working closely with the club team implement a continued process of development and improvements to music policy, production value, event content and customer service
  • Monitor the customer experience working closely with the ops / tech team to delivery on music, production and amazing customer service
  • Monitor and analyse promotion results to determine cost effective activity
  • Increase VIP bookings in advance working closely with the VIP team
  • Manage regular customer feedback / surveys / focus groups to understand the customer demand
