We are looking for a ticket and customer service employee who can handle customer care in relation to our many fans.
F.C. Copenhagen is in the middle of a rapid development of visiting fans in the Park.

Based on this, we are looking for a new employee for our customer service department, who is a central player in our development of the spectator experience in the Park.

About the department
You are offered a challenging, busy and exciting position in a dynamic department with a focus on customer service, sales, results and the good interaction with fans. You will be referred to our Customer Service Manager.

The job
You will have the opportunity to provide customer care in a broad portfolio of services including our ticket sales, subscription & season pass, FCK+, football schools, events, children’s clubs, loyalty program and FCK Away.
A large part of the job goes to answering electronic and telephone inquiries about F.C. Copenhagen events, products and concepts. You will also encounter the following tasks:
Assistance to our customers both by telephone, per e-mail and chat.
You will be part of a customer service team, which also includes the staff at the Park’s reception, but you must primarily supplement the customer service department, which aims to support the club’s commercial objectives.
You must be available at all F.C. Copenhagen’s home games.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who has knowledge of customer service, and it is an advantage if you have knowledge of the sports industry and ticket sales.
You must thrive with hands-on tasks and work structured and solution-oriented in a busy everyday life.
We would like you to be familiar with F.C. Copenhagen and our ticket products are persistent, ready for change and have a winning mentality.

We need you who is proactive and results-oriented and thrives on being held up on your results.
In addition, it is important that you are:
extremely well-articulated both in writing and speaking
careful, quality and detail oriented
flexible and thrives in a performance-oriented culture with constant deadlines
IT knowledgeable and has a flair for technical systems.

Professional qualifications
Your professional qualifications are also a high priority, and we would like to see that you have them
a relevant education within sports & events
a good basic understanding of the use of ticket systems, customer service systems and CRM systems
a relevant work experience from a customer service function
work experience from the sports industry
professional experience with subscription products.

Terms of employment
