The dynamic City of Orlando department operates five distinct venues including Amway Center, Camping World Stadium, Tinker Field, Mennello Museum of American Art and Harry P. Leu Gardens. Between hosting high-profile sporting events like Wrestlemania, NFL Pro Bowl and NBA All-Star Weekend to big-name concerts and music festivals like Paul McCartney, Garth Brooks, Harry Styles, Beyoncé and EDC Orlando to family shows, art exhibitions and countless other diverse offerings, our venues cater to residents and tourists alike year-round while enhancing the quality of life throughout our community.

 

Nature of Work:

Performs responsible supervisory and administrative work assisting in the managing and executing ticketing operations, event builds, event maintenance, seating manifests, floor sets and final ticket office statements for settlement across a wide range of activities and events (excluding NBA and ECHL events). Responsible for assisting in coordinating all ticketing event information between the promoter, venue personnel and the ticketing provider in a timely manner. Maintain communication with ticketing provider and responsible for accurate inventory of all tickets.

Minimum Requirements
Associates Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field plus two (2) years experience in ticketing management required, preferably in major league sports (NFL, NBA, MLS, MLB) or a large-scale entertainment venue; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Experience with Ticketmaster Host database is required.

VALID DRIVER LICENSE FROM ANY STATE MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF INTERVIEW. FLORIDA DRIVER LICENSE MUST BE PRESENTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT.
