Ticket Sales Account Executive – Atlanta Falcons
The Atlanta Falcons seeks self-starter ticket sales account executives who will be responsible for the following:
(1) selling season tickets, group tickets, mini-packages and voucher packs via telemarketing, electronic mail and face-to-face presentations
(2) establishing relationship with existing season ticket holders for referral and up-sell business, (3) working with other Atlanta Falcons departments to further the ability to sell all ticket types. He/She will service all existing accounts, perform basic office functions as needed and be expected to attain the ticket goals of department each season.
(4) working information booths on game-days and at various community events lead generation, (5) establishing a personal lead base
On a day-to-day basis, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Proactively making outbound phone calls to executives and individuals in the Atlanta metro area to sell Atlanta Falcons tickets
- Preset number of face-to-face appointments per week to executives in the Atlanta metro area • Attending sales meetings
- Servicing all accounts which he/she has sold
- Helping answer incoming sales calls utilizing up-selling techniques.
A college degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience is required.
