A Ticketing Analyst at Two Circles will primarily work as part of a dedicated ticketing service and delivery team supporting the administrative and operational tasks across all areas of the ticket program, planning, sales, fulfilment, customer service and event day. The role is based in London but the candidate will need to be willing to travel for work, as well as working evenings and weekends for events when required.

The candidate will also be exposed to a wide range of other Two Circles consultancy work providing an opportunity to grow and develop a skill set to deliver in commercial roles within and outside of the specifics of ticketing.

Core Responsibilities

  • Day-to day management of various ticketing platforms to deliver sales and event delivery
  • Liaising with Ticketing system suppliers in configuring the platforms accordingly to agreed plans and strategy
  • Management of ticketing inventory in line with agreed capacities, pricing, products and allocations across stakeholders
  • Proactively manage day-to-day communication with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and partners
  • Creation of accurate reporting and insight
  • Ensure data is managed with integrity and accuracy to ensure our systems remain up to date and GDPR compliant
  • Support the ticketing team in the fulfilment for all tickets across multiple events
  • Comfortable acting as an ambassador for Two Circles when working with third parties in delivering events
  • The role may involve travel overseas, evening and weekend work at events.

What we’re looking for

There’s no set profile for a Ticketing Analyst, and we welcome applications from people with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences – including those without a university degree. Ticking every box on this list is not a pre-requisite, but evidence of some will definitely help your application:

  • Higher education qualification; or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience working in Events, Ticketing and previous work with Ticketing Systems (1-3 years)
  • Experience of, or a keen interest in, the business of sport
  • Great self-starting attitude, attitude and keen to join an entrepreneurial organisation where every working day is different
  • Understands how to work un-supervised and when to ask for help
  • Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A quick learner with a passion for taking on a challenging role
  • Understanding of database structures and functioning
  • Experience of Microsoft Office Package including Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to keep projects on track and update key stakeholders
  • Confident speaking and communicating with the general public
  • Strong attitude to customer service
  • A great team player
  • Native fluency in English is essential, second language desirable (ideally Italian).
