DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ticketing Operations:
– Allocate and distribute internal and external stakeholder ticketing requirements both interstate and in Victoria
– Deliver internal AFL standard requirements (e.g. Auskick, Umpires, enclosures) as required
– Assist in the approval and distribution of AFL and Club accreditation
– Assist in the delivery of ticketing programs.
– Accurate data entry and management of all ticketing databases including AFL Award Winners, accreditation, and ticketing programs.
– Management of AFL Ticketing & AFL Award Winner inbox with emails responded to in a timely manner
– Communicate ticketing updates effectively and in a timely manner to internal and external stakeholders
– Assist with match day preparation and operations, including a requirement to work match days.
– Provide feedback and ideas to improve department processes and procedures.
– Where required support the Ticketing Department in any task to assist in the delivery of all ticketing services and operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Desirable:
– Completion of VCE or equivalent
– Experience in customer service or engagement
– Experience in office administration
– Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products (especially excel
– Working knowledge of ticketing systems and processes
– Knowledge of membership databases
– Experience or knowledge of AFL or other large-scale sporting organisations

SALARY
As the successful candidate, you will receive:
$21,500 – $30,000 plus 10% Superannuation
- National Training Wage Award
- Fully Funded Qualification
