Position: Ticketing and Entry Project Lead
Location: Tower of London
Job type: Full Time, 2 Year Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 36 hours per week
Salary: circa £60,000 per annum

About the role:
We are searching for an experienced professional to lead on the development, procurement and optimisation of HRP’s principal ticketing system and to review and propose improvements to our entry arrangements across all sites, to ensure the delivery of a positive visit for all our visitors from the point of entry.
This will involve looking forward 5 – 10 years and working with the Ticketing Strategy Board to develop a Ticketing Strategy to plan and implement the effective integration of ticketing with other processes and systems to deliver an effective admissions process across all sites. You will own and deliver the strategy, working closely with the Customer Experience Programme, Marketing, Customer Engagement and Public Engagement, to maximise ticketing revenues and deliver a seamless visitor experience.
You will also be expected to analyse and interpret visitor feedback, research and CRM data to obtain stronger and deeper understanding of ticketing trends, to remain at the forefront of ticketing practice.
The ability to work independently, manage a broad and varied workload and being able to influence and work with multiple stakeholders across all departments is essential. You will be a strategic thinker with proven experience of various ticketing systems, CRM platforms and database software. To be successful you will need to have an understanding of the cultural, heritage or tourism / attraction sectors.
