Ticketing Operations Specialist – The Ambassador Theatre Group, UK

ATGTickets.com sells around 11 million tickets a year to the UK’s top live shows – theatre, music, comedy, dance and more. Behind the scenes, making this happen is our Ticketing Operations team, and if you have previous experience in ticketing configuration this Specialist role could be an exciting next step in your career.

As Ticketing Operations Specialist you’ll be take a lead on setting up a wide range of high profile and long-running shows for the West End and regional tours, ensuring events are accurately configured before shows go on sale. As a specialist you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting across the ATG estate, including working with our API solutions and training colleagues, and for resolving issues escalated by the Ticketing Operations team. This is a rewarding role in a positive and friendly team, with the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of people including the Ticketing systems team, e-commerce, marketing, programming, pricing, box offices and external promoters and producers.
