Ticketing & Sales Manager – Swansea Arena

We’re looking for a Ticketing professional to join the team launching the brand-new Swansea Arena. We’re due to complete construction in late 2021 and open to the public in early 2022. This is an exciting opportunity for a Ticketing specialist to help build our venue operation from the ground up and to take on a new challenge within a flexible multipurpose venue.

As our new Ticketing & Sales Manager you’ll be responsible for running an efficient Box Office operation in line with community needs – including a focus on proactively upselling tickets and ancillary products or packages. As a multi-purpose venue with a flexible auditorium, you will have experience in managing inventory in an effective and efficient way, and have a keen eye for detail to ensure every seating plan is accurate and every ticket has the correct banding and information attached to ensure a smooth customer journey. You will work closely with ATG’s Ticketing and Revenue Management teams to ensure that every visiting production or event at the arena is able to achieve the maximum potential on our inventory. A champion for venue accessibility, you will also provide first-class service to our customers with additional requirements – going above and beyond to ensure their visit to the Arena is seamless.
