Ticketing Systems Executive

Our three ticketing brands (atgtickets.com, LOVETheatre and Groupline) make us the UK’s market leader in theatre ticketing, currently selling over 11 million tickets per year in the UK alone. Behind the scenes, our ticketing systems team provide the expertise that ensures we provide an ever-improving service for the venues and shows we sell tickets for. You’ll work alongside the current team to develop and test new functionality and services, developing an expert understanding of our ticketing platform in order to support and advise colleagues, producers and systems providers.
We’re looking for a candidate who has:
- Experience with ticketing systems: experience with AudienceView is desirable
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- A proven ability to meet and exceed goals in a deadline driven environment
- Skills and desire to continuously find ways to tweak, tune and improve processes and operational tools
- A flexible and proactive approach to problem solving
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to think on your feet
