About the Role

The Office Manager & Executive Assistant does more than just support the TodayTix leaders, they are the living backbone of our growing teams–both locally and globally. On the Employee Experience side, you will work with the Director of People & Culture, the Chief of Staff, and the NYC counterpart EE & EA on projects around HR, people operations, and culture. As an Executive Administrator, you will support the Co-Founder and President and other company leaders as needed. A top candidate’s attitude and dispositions will make them a key team member, as well as a helpful resource for all employees of and visitors to TodayTix.

You will:

Manage Executive calendars and complex time demands; over time, you will develop knowledge of existing or previous appointments.

Act as an executive assistant to the co-founder which includes managing executive files and expenses, scheduling and booking travel, etc.

Co-ordinate meetings internally and externally, across the UK and abroad; ensure meetings run smoothly and on time.

Assist in the planning and execution of team calls, company-wide events, including All Hands meetings, holiday parties and networking events.

Take an active role in company culture, helping to look after team activities, outings, etc.

Ensure that the physical space is ideal for employee experience. Liaise with building management and vendors to keep the office running. Connect with global OfficeOps team to ensure consistency across office and budgets.

Preparation of and Onboarding of new employees in a professional, seamless capacity as their introduction to the company and team.

Assist all HR matters related to the London office including off-boarding, expenses, hiring, interviewing, etc.

Use Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, XLS) and Google Apps suites extensively.
