Ticketing Executive – Eventim, UK
Key responsibilities
- Acquire an in-depth knowledge of Eventim’s technology to provide support for the Eventim Account Management team, Fulfilment department and Customer Service team.
- Monitoring ticket stock levels, assisting the fulfilment team to ensure tickets go out in a timely manner
- Build and maintain live entertainment events on to the Eventim ticketing system
- Build excellent relationships with clients
- Work at onsite box offices, on an ad-hoc basis, at a range of live entertainment events on behalf Eventim’s clients
- Some out of hours work during the Summer months may be required

Essentials
- Experience within the ticketing industry is essential for this role
- Excellent client and customer service skills (written and verbal communication)
- Ability to quickly become adept at using new technology
