Cheltenham Festivals is a charity co-creating experiences which bring joy, spark curiosity, connect communities and inspire change. Our year-round education, community and talent development programmes reach out year-round and culminate at the town’s internationally-acclaimed Jazz, Science, Music and Literature Festivals. An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented classical music all-rounder to work on curating and delivering one of the world’s most vibrant and eclectic classical music festivals. Working closely with the Director of Festivals and collaboratively with other teams across the charity, the successful candidate will enjoy contact with all aspects of the festival – programming, marketingfundraising, community, family and talent development. You will need to be very well organised, have meticulous attention to detail and enjoy working in a team and sharing creative ideas, but you will also need to be self-reliant, with the drive and initiative to prioritise and manage complex workloads.
