Our AEG Presents European Festivals department is looking for a Ticketing Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day ticketing and guestlist operations.

You’ll manage advance and onsite ticketing for AEG European Festivals, including BST Hyde Park, All Points East Festival and Rock en Seine.

You’ll prepare festivals for onsale, including event builds on AEG’s internal ticketing system, co-ordination, collation and distribution of event information and notification to all ticket agents.

Whilst covering festival presales and onsales, you’ll manage ticket inventory and report sales figures from presale through to final reports on site. You’ll co-ordinate all festival internal, sponsor, label and industry buy requests and communicate ticketing timelines to all departments and ensure deadlines are met.

You’ll manage any midweek ticketed events from event set-up through to onsite cover, with support from Head of Ticketing and assist with relevant ticketing aspects of Hospitality, Suites, Vouchers and Upsells.

Liaising with the Guestlist Manager in building and maintaining inhouse Guestlist prior to festivals; you’ll compile ticket agent customer lists, agree final sales and ensure all invoicing is completed in a timely manner.

We’re looking for someone with previous ticketing experience, who has knowledge of ticketing systems and has a passion or live music and events.

You’ll be used to working at pace, incredibly flexible and have a meticulous eye for detail.

With a good understanding of Microsoft Office; you’ll be a great communicator, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of people.
