About The Role
Looking for an “accreditations & access control” Project Manager in the sports and events sector We are looking for a project manager in Paris (La Défense) , in the sports and events sector (F/M) in order to strengthen the team working for the “Sport & Live Event” offer of Orange Business Services. This offer is aimed at a person responsible for the deployment and maintenance of Live Access (accreditations) and Live Control (access control) solutions for our clients, solutions developed by the “Sport&Live Event” product team. The project manager is responsible for the budget, scope, planning and quality of the projects for which he/she is responsible while guaranteeing customer satisfaction. The clients we address (Olympique Lyonnais, Stade de France, Olympique de Marseille, LOSC, RC Lens, etc.) are involved in national competitions, international competitions or offer shows with high visibility (concerts, World Cup of rugby, League 1, etc.). The project manager is required to travel to clients during events and carry out on-call duties (evenings and weekends in both cases). He/She Takes Charge of the Following Tasks:

  • Manage the relationship with its customers;
  • Collect customer needs to transmit them to the product team;
  • Inform its customers about product developments;
  • Manage planning, budget, risks, etc.;
  • Respect contractual commitments;
  • Contribute to the financial success of its projects;
  • Deploy solutions to its customers;
  • Exchange with partners and/or suppliers;
  • Ensure the proper resolution of incidents;
  • Provide training to its customers on the solutions implemented;
  • Report to the Operations Manager.

About You
For this, we are looking for a project manager with 3 to 5 years of experience in project management and fluency in English. The following skills and attitudes are required:

  • Have already used access control, ticketing or accreditations tools;
  • Have technical and functional skills;
  • Have successful experience with an entertainment player (performance hall, club, stadium, operator, major event organizer, etc.);
  • Master your communication both internally and externally;
  • Coordinate several stakeholders;
  • Organize and lead meetings and workshops;
  • Report progress through clear and precise reporting internally and to the client;
  • Dealing with unforeseen circumstances, prioritizing and making decisions;
  • Take a step back from difficulties and show creativity in finding solutions;
  • Demonstrate pedagogy to customers; Have a good team spirit.
