Job Description

CLOSING DATE: 5 MARCH 2023
We are looking for a keen account executive to join our growing team, primarily to manage the ticketing and hospitality operations for one of our largest customers.
This is a 90% remote role though there will be meet-ups with team members every 2-3 weeks. We have an HQ in central London, though we have a concentration of team in the South East so team meet-ups are often in Brighton or Hove.
 
What the job involves
  • Becoming an expert user on our event management software

  • Running the managed service for one of our biggest customers (14 hours/week)

  • Responding to general customer queries

  • Assisting the Customer Success team with new implementations

  • Contributing to company social media

  • Fortnightly team meetings face-to-face in Brighton/Hove or London

  • Personal development opportunities in a fast-growing business

Requirements

Who you are
  • 1+ years commercial experience dealing with customers

  • By your nature you’re highly organised, efficient and methodical

  • Able to work effectively remotely

  • Strong written & verbal communication

  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel 

  • Love sports and/or entertainment

  • Quick learner of software and apps

  • Proactive member of a small but growing team

  • Experience in ticketing or events would be a bonus
