Job Description
-
Becoming an expert user on our event management software
-
Running the managed service for one of our biggest customers (14 hours/week)

Responding to general customer queries
-
Assisting the Customer Success team with new implementations

Contributing to company social media
-
Fortnightly team meetings face-to-face in Brighton/Hove or London
-
Personal development opportunities in a fast-growing business
Requirements
-
1+ years commercial experience dealing with customers
-
By your nature you’re highly organised, efficient and methodical
-
Able to work effectively remotely
-
Strong written & verbal communication
-
Experience working with Microsoft Excel
-
Love sports and/or entertainment
-
Quick learner of software and apps
-
Proactive member of a small but growing team
-
Experience in ticketing or events would be a bonus
