Our brand-new London arena is set to open in May, and we are building a world-class team to help us prepare for launch. ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Box Office Manager, you will collaborate with venue management and marketing teams to build a site team and create an unrivalled visitor experience in a brand-new state of the art arena. With internationally acclaimed music at its core, this concert will attract visitors from all around the world, and you will play a key role in running the show! This is a rare opportunity to be part of something right from the start and really make your mark. ABOUT YOU

• Experience of managing different ticketing platforms for large or mid-scale venues. • Excellent knowledge of industry regulations, including GDPR.

• Proficient in delivering accurate reports, financial and customer focused. • Confident in building and managing diverse teams in busy public-facing environments.

• A genuine passion for exceeding visitor expectations.

• Thrive on working in a busy changing environment with a confident, personable approach.

• A passion for training, mentoring, and developing teams and leading from the front.

• Take a proactive solution focused approach to problem-solving and able to offer resolutions to ticket related issues.

• Experience managing rostering of staff and processing accurate hours for payroll.

• Set yourself high standards and have a keen eye for detail. • Strong written English and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient with IT software including Microsoft office, especially Excel and Word.

 

DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL – any of the following would be advantageous:

• Knowledge of Ticketmaster systems.

• Knowledge of technology to support ease of access for all visitors
