The Box Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the box office, support promoters, and Lerner team as instructed.

•Daily operations of running the box office.

•Process phone call sales.

•Assist patrons as they come to the door with sales, questions, inquiries.

•Print web sales.

•Provide detailed information on all current & upcoming events.

•Must have detailed knowledge & experience with Vendini Ticket Agent software.

•Work with promoters and marketing staff.

•Processing and returning consignments.

•Placing general holds for events.

•Placing artist, marketing, special project holds.

•Work with local and regional radio stations regarding marketing, promotions, and ADA seating.

•Assist with floor management for events and post-show activities.

•Assist event staff regarding pre-show set-up and activities.

•Work with Premier Arts on special projects – Season Tickets.

•Update box office areas with current event information.

•Update box office communications manual.

•Assist in hiring new box office staff.

•Train all new hires according to Lerner policy and procedures.

•Keep track of Vendini ticket stock and place orders for new stock when needed.

•Maintaining labor standards with Box office scheduling for all box office staff.

•Work with Office Manager on tasks and projects.

•Work first-day on sales for all events.

•Attend weekly Lerner staff meetings.

•Attend weekly meetings with Office Manager.

•Other duties as assigned.
