Our clients include Glastonbury, English Heritage, Winter Wonderland, Soccer Aid for UNICEF, BBC Good Food Show, and the Houses of Parliament.

Amidst an incredibly exciting time for See Tickets, we are delighted to announce we are expanding. We are on the lookout for a confident and personable individual to add to our dedicated Commercial team.

You will engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and seamlessly match them with our services – no preconceived notions, just tailored solutions.

Highly commercial, you’ll ideally have previous experience in a Field Sales role, or a strong account management background, driving growth and tangible results through the acquisition of new business. It goes without saying that you put the client at the heart of everything you do, providing the best results to support and enhance their event experiences.

Tenacious and resilient, you will be a self-starter with the drive and determination to succeed and have demonstrable experience of delivering against targets in defined sectors. You’ll need to be confident with the adoption of our service set and the new technology we are implementing to improve the client and customer experience. Knowledge of CRM systems, while not essential, would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, prospect, and close new business opportunities, and maintain a consistently healthy pipeline.
  • Build and leverage strong customer relationships through a natural curiosity in the live event sector.
  • Deliver profitable volume growth with direction from the CCO.
  • Onboard new customers effectively and successfully, ensuring a seamless transition to the Head of Client Services/Account Management team.
  • Meet and exceed pre-agreed targets taking into account the market opportunity/targets set.

· Can work well with other team members and independently on their own initiative.

· Work with the immediate Commercial team and the wider management team to ensure the delivery of objectives.

· Support colleagues and work to deliver common goals.

· Motivated with an enthusiasm to develop an understanding of the business.

· Is able to work to tight deadlines and changing priorities.

· Can provide a prompt, high standard of service.

· Has an analytical approach and good with numbers.

  • Must exercise total confidentiality, discretion and integrity regarding information acquired as a result of their position within the organisation.
  • Passion for quality and keen attention to detail.
  • A full UK driving license which would be needed for travel to client meetings around the UK.
