THE JOB

 

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing and insights professional to join the UK Client Development team at a thriving time for our business.

 

You’ll deliver the B2B brand and marketing strategy, manage all B2B marketing channels and deliver campaigns for brand and marketing initiatives to support UK business growth across our client and product portfolio.

 

In conjunction with this, you’ll be responsible for gathering and sharing insights that will be used to inform decision making across the Client Development Team and help deliver valuable insights to support clients.

 

You will be digitally perceptive with a passion for content marketing and engaging with audiences via digital channels, whilst having an analytical mindset to interpret data and support the team and our clients to deliver efficiencies and results.

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

 

  • Deliver specific B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives across B2B channels to maximise the wealth of products and services to existing and potential clients throughout the UK, resulting in winning new business in a variety of genres, increasing product adoption and increasing our brand perception in the market.
  • Keep existing clients aware of product news through all B2B channels including website news pages, client intranet sites, social channels and newsletter eshots.
  • Manage the Ticketmaster B2B website using content creation and keyword optimisation to help increase reach, communicate key messages and generate leads.
  • Manage and deliver the content strategy for the B2B LinkedIn and Twitter channels to increase reach and engagement with existing clients, prospect and industry plus influence leads and brand reputation.
  • Produce creative and engaging digital and print marketing materials to help relate our products and services to the people and organisations that will benefit.
  • Create, manage and deliver a programme of email activity focused on engagement and lead generation – expanding on current newsletter process by being more targeted with specific products and services to specific categories of client.
  • Manage TM1 Community content – our B2B content hub for clients
  • Manage and deliver a B2B event programme that we host
  • Create engaging regional sales materials for the UK Client Development Team to use for new business proposals, pitch documents and presentations and provide support where required.
  • Use and develop the existing CRM systems, reporting and insight tools to track and report on sales performance and KPIs
  • Monitor competitor analysis across genres and ticketing platforms within the market providing insight and understanding that will inform action and communication from the Client Development Team.

 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • Solid experience in a marketing management position (agency or client)
  • Experience managing B2B marketing channels and content management systems including websites, LinkedIn and other social channels, preferably in an eCommerce environment
  • Brand, content marketing and campaign management experience
  • Experience in the creation of digital marketing assets
  • Essential – strong creative, copywriting and proofing skills
  • Campaign and data analysis skills with experience of integrated measurement tools with the ability to understand trends
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office packages to a competent standard including Power Point
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and CRM tools for data management and campaigns
  • Experience of the ticketing/live entertainment industry
