Location: London, UK

Division: Ticketmaster International

Line Manager: Senior Director of Brand Marketing Comms

Contract Terms: Permanent, 40 hours per week

THE JOB

Ticketmaster International, a Live Nation Entertainment company, is currently seeking a creative, motivated, smart and organised Content and Campaigns Executive to join the International Brand & Marketing Communications team.

The Brand & Marketing Communications team is part of the International Marketing department at Ticketmaster. Our team leads on marketing strategy for campaigns, content, design, product marketing and brand work across our 30+ markets. We support each market with brand assets, product marketing materials, fan campaigns, marketing tools and content to engage fans and clients, whilst staying true to our brand values.

Reporting into our Senior Marketing Designer, who is our B2C brand lead for marketing campaigns, you will be expected to devise, plan, implement and report on our fan facing content marketing and campaigns. You’ll be one of the central points of contact for the international markets, as they execute your fan engagement recommendations locally, providing assistance with editorial, creative and reporting based guidance. You will also work closely with our Senior Director of Brand Marketing Comms, Front End Dev and Associate Director of B2C Product Marketing.

You will be able to brief your campaign ideas into the designers on the team, working with them to ensure all creative cuts through, staying true to our brand guidelines and most importantly driving engagement with our content across our global fan base of event goers. You will then deploy your campaign assets and content ideas to all 30+ markets around the world, ensuring they communicate these campaigns across their owned (and sometimes, earned and paid) media channels.

You will need to have a keen interest in how to change consumer behaviour, driving global adoption of our products and ticket functionality, as well as helping to craft and refine messaging that brings to life the value propositions of our products.

You will need to be passionate about digital media, with a keen interest in, and innovative campaign ideas for, the major social media platforms, as well as our editorial platform, the Ticketmaster blog. You can bring excellent ideas for fan-engaging content to the table, and be someone who can work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues locally and around the world. You’ll be working on several large scale projects simultaneously, therefore requiring a highly organized and methodical mind.

You will already be experienced in devising marketing campaigns for a consumer brand, and are looking for a step up to get your marketing ideas executed for a leading entertainment brand globally. You are able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, with various teams around the world, where you can continue to improve and progress your marketing knowledge across product marketing, campaigns, social media, SEO and analytics.

The most important factors we are looking for are: 1) Campaign management skills; 2) Creativity; 3) Ability to work and think independently; 4) Fantastic communication skills; 5) Aptitude for learning, and 6) Handling multiple projects at once.

You’ll get to see your work being used across 30+ different countries, reaching more than 50 million fans a year, whilst enjoying a great and supportive working environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Briefing creative, devising international fan engagement and global product marketing campaigns that deliver on our business objectives, and ensuring local teams execute them locally.
  • Facilitating conception, roll out and monitoring of our fan campaigns, as well as reporting of results. Our campaigns can include a mix of social, editorial, landing page, banners and CRM assets.
  • Working with our SEO team to produce SEO optimised content ideas around key marketing objectives – usually driving awareness, education, engagement or product adoption.
  • Devising content ideas that drive business objectives, varying from driving ticket sales, digital ticket adoption, increasing fan excitement for festival season or launching new products that help fans get the tickets they want.
  • Using our third party platforms for campaigns and social reporting (eg. Shortstack, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Work with the team to improve our content strategy across our sites, social pages and blogs, to increase conversion of Ticketmaster inventory, build positive fan sentiment and ultimately drive traffic to our main retail site.
  • Work with small, set budgets to create and amplify key tentpole campaigns
  • Offer marketing support to markets when needed (especially those new markets with lower resource)
  • Develop and build campaign assets (with our design team) that can be easily translated across our markets for our product, seasonal and category campaigns.
  • Raise the profile of the effectiveness of your campaigns to our markets though regular contact and communication.
  • Work closely with all marketing teams in our global network to share best practices and campaigns work.
  • A core part of our B2C blog team, including reporting, working alongside our Front End Developer to ensure latest updates and features work for content creation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • You already have experience of delivering B2C campaigns using paid, owned and earned media channels, with a real focus on owned digital channels.
  • You have worked on campaigns spanning several digital touchpoints.
  • Experience using Google Analytics with the ability to identify trends and insights
  • An in-depth knowledge and experience of Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube and emerging social platforms
  • Experience of at least one social monitoring platform (eg. Spreadfast, Adobe, Sprout)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, in person, on Zoom and on email
  • A quick, creative thinker with attention to detail within a fast paced environment
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Keep up to date with campaign best practices, i.e. latest banner sizes and most effective content to ensure marketing remains current with maximum reach.
  • Willingness to learn new skills; with a small team this job is set to be varied and exciting, alongside setting briefs or idea sharing with the markets, you’ll be helping the design team with translating and formatting artwork in Creative Suite or Sketch. The team can help you to develop these skills.
