Responsibilities
(Contract Period: From Now to 31 December 2022)
Reporting to the Ticketing Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for handling ticket sale function, provision of guidance to junior staff, greeting guest at the Park entrance, answering guest enquiries, as well as providing administrative or logistic support to the Ticketing Department.
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- With at least 2 years’ experiences in customer services, cash handling, and ticketing operation
- Knowledge in automatic ticketing & admission system operation is preferred
- Customer-oriented with pleasant manner
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Willing to work outdoor, on weekends and during public holidays
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Ticketing Officer.
