Location: Paris, France (office based)

Line Manager: Director, Ticketing Operations

Contract Terms: Full time, fixed term until October 2024

CTS Eventim and its partners have been selected to supply ticketing technology, access control, customer service and know-how to Paris 2024.

 

THE JOB

The Data and Intergrations Manager will help co-ordinate and implement the delivery of the ticketing system for the Paris 2024 Olympics project working closely with the Eventim project team, the client, and other key stakeholders, with a focus on third party integrations, data, CRM and specification writing.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

 

• Collaborate with the client and Eventim product teams to develop and document system and integration requirements, with a focus on data flows and system interfaces.
• Advise and guide ticketing operations, leveraging your knowledge and experience of delivering major events and tournaments, and using data-driven insights to optimise system integrations and operations.
• Work with partners to design, implement, and maintain data flows, operational solutions, and system integrations that support the project’s goals and objectives.
• Develop user guides and other documentation to facilitate the use of systems and data by partners and clients, with a focus on data integrations and system interfaces.
• Monitor and report on available inventory, leveraging data analytics and reporting tools to identify trends and opportunities for revenue maximisation.
• Support user acceptance testing of all solutions, ensuring that data and system integrations are thoroughly tested and validated.
• Configure and implement ticketing systems, data feeds, and reporting tools, leveraging your expertise in data integration and system interfaces to ensure seamless data flows and accurate reporting.
• Become an expert in Eventim systems, with a deep understanding of data flows and system integrations, and provide level 1 support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support all teams during games time, with a focus on ensuring seamless data flows and system integrations across all operational areas.

 

 

 

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS

 

• An understanding of Ticketing or ecommerce systems
• Excellent communication skills and persuasive in gaining agreement between all team members
• Proficient in SQL, database tools and a high level of competency in Excel
• Experience using CRM tools
• English language essential. French, German and/or Italian would be a plus

COMPENSATION

 

Base salary: Depending on experience
