We have an opportunity for a Deputy Sales & Ticketing Manager to join the team. This is an excellent promotion opportunity for someone with key skills in managing and supporting a team and making the most of sales opportunities. You’ll support the Ticketing Manager with the daily management of the Box Office Sales Team, ensuring we deliver the highest standards of customer service and efficiency and that we maximize sales. This will include deputizing for the Ticketing Manager in their absence. There will also be an opportunity to work more casual hours on top of these guaranteed 10 hours.

Person Specification

Previous experience in a similar role; Box Office experience is highly desirable
Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative
Confident I.T skills, particularly using Microsoft Office
High level of customer care standards
Ability to communicate clearly and deal confidently with different groups of people
Willingness to work flexible hours, as and when required, including weekends and public holidays
Motivate and self-motivate – encouraging and supporting the Ticketing & Sales team in collaborative working and new thinking to achieve commercial success
Learn and teach – to ensure that the Ticketing & Sales team has the correct information to do their job, is resourceful, and has the right attention to detail
Ability to communicate with all parties in a way that is appropriate to them and encourage others to do the same
An interest in working in the Arts
Enjoys working with a dynamic group of people
