Deputy Ticketing & Sales Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded individual with experience in supervising or managing a team to join us as a Deputy Ticketing & Sales Manager, to achieve and exceed targets, who has a collaborative nature and a flexible and creative approach to assist in running our busy box office.

Reporting to the Sales & Ticketing Manager, you will have a shared responsibility for managing the ticketing system, maintaining producer and stakeholder relationships and ensuring that the audience receives the best service & visitor experience.

The focus of the role is:

  • Proactively maximise the sale of tickets, Private Property seats and packages as much as possible combined with ensuring our teams deliver the best customer experience.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Box Office to a high level, with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Liaise with the producers, Disney Theatrical Group, for proactive management of inventory to maximise sales, including ‘dynamic pricing’ of seats on the system and ensure producer targets are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate reporting as required to producers, internal ATG teams and venue management.
  • Ensure access customers are supported in their visit to the venue including monitoring access bookings and delivery of access performances.

This position is a full-time contract of 40 hours per week including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. Previous applicants need not apply.
