Role Description

The Marketing Partnerships department is responsible for commercial brand partnerships across the Live Nation family. As part of the continued success within the department, we are looking for a Digital Manager to work across the planning and delivery of our digital marketing campaigns. The post holder will work closely with our agencies and festival teams to ensure campaign delivery, as well as fulfilling a client service role reporting into the Senior Manager, Digital.

The post holder will assist the Senior Manager with building and executing digital and social media campaigns across new and existing brand partners. Media planning and execution, social platform knowledge and experience in a client service role will be paramount to the successful hire. The Digital Manager will need to be a good communicator as there will be some client interaction with important partners. The successful candidate will also need to be an effective project manager as the day-to-day work will be liaising with internal departments, brand partners and external agencies. The right candidate will be comfortable managing multiple campaigns consistently, as well as handling ad hoc client requests quickly.

  • Experience in a client service role
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, specifically Facebook Business Manager
  • Experienced in digital media tools (programmatic offerings)
  • Highly effective at briefing agencies and managing paid execution
  • Strong analytics skills with ability to report on campaign performance, analytics and audience data
  • Strong skills/experience working in Excel and Google sheets
  • Some experience in media planning (working to CPM’s)
  • A good communicator both in written and verbal form
  • Comfortable managing schedules and hitting deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional coordination skills

What the role includes

Ensuring digital marketing that meets contractual and brand objectives for brand partners

  • Utilising Salesforce to work with stakeholder groups to ensure digital contractual rights are delivered
  • Social and digital audience insight gathering working with the festival and Ad Ops teams
  • Creating cross-platform media plans encompassing targeting, creative, placement and formats with spend allocations and delivery volumes
  • Create and update internal budgets for each media campaign sold

Manage digital amplification execution

  • Manage social and digital campaign setup with internal teams and agencies
  • Handle client services and ensure successful launch of campaigns, including collection of assets and liaising with Ad Ops to ensure campaigns go live as expected
  • Proactively monitor campaign performance working closely with internal Ad Ops teams and external agencies to create regular reports and analysis
  • Work closely with digital specialists to ensure all contracted social amplification activity is delivered
  • Communicate with finance team on media shifts and monthly delivery
  • Analyse areas within workflow that can be improved & create process enhancements that eliminate bottlenecks

Digital amplification campaign analysis

  • Gather and analyse campaign results from relevant teams and create amplification slides for partner debrief decks
  • Work with finance team to ensure financials are correct
