Ticketmaster Sport partners with a diverse and exciting range of high profile sports teams, clubs, tournaments, federations, and organising bodies providing specialist, white label sports ticketing technology, client support and a range of complementary services to drive the growth of our clients’ business.


We’re looking for a Director – Sales & Marketing on a fixed term basis, who is passionate about sport to create, deliver, and continue to evolve a B2B sales and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be focused, organised, and able to bring consistency of approach and data to streamline the sales operation.

In addition, the role will also oversee Ticketmaster UK’s B2C marketing strategy and support for Ticketmaster Sport’s client base which includes the line management of a B2C Marketing Manager.


  • Develop and implement the B2B sales and marketing strategy for each division of the sports business
  • Become knowledgeable and remain up-to-date on the offerings of each product within the divisions
  • Understand the business strategies for each division and translate that into sales and marketing plans and assets
  • Manage and maintain details of all current and prospective clients and their contracts using Salesforce
  • Create, maintain, manage and update all sales assets for the sales team including product one-sheets, assets for proposals and PowerPoint decks
  • Creation of bespoke presentations and pitch documents for client presentations, working with the nominated sales lead
  • Assist with creating responses to formal RFPs including taking ownership for the collation, proof-reading, editing and submission of such documents
  • Implementation and management of B2B marketing campaigns including CRM, social media, paid search and programmatic advertising
  • Maintenance and upkeep of the Ticketmaster Sport brand and brand guidelines
  • Provide B2B marketing and sales assistance to other International markets
  • Maintenance of Ticketmaster Sport Hub and all assets and data hosted therein
  • Updating and maintenance of the B2B website and social channels for Ticketmaster Sport with relevant content, business updates and news from the business
  • Organising and supporting client and networking events and other client functions
  • Coordinating attendance and speaking opportunities at industry conferences
  • Line management of Ticketmaster Sport’s B2C marketing manager to coordinate B2C marketing support across Ticketmaster channels to drive awareness and boost sales


  • B2B marketing experience essential plus experience of B2C marketing is desired
  • Solid sports marketing or sports marketing agency experience
  • Understanding of the ticketing and sports industry desirable
  • Solid strategic marketing knowledge and comfortable interpreting & delivering on multiple goals and objectives
  • Experience of delivering revenue growth
  • Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook essential
  • Basic photoshop skills desired
  • Excellent working knowledge of Salesforce and Google analytics
