About the role

We are currently seeking an expert Events and Ticketing Manager to become our newest addition to our fun & multifaceted Events team. This role will complete the operation requirements of all onsite & offsite events across multiple portfolios!

Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handle and lead all enquiries from start to finish
  • Provide leadership and direction regarding the operational aspects of events, ensuring customer service, budgetary requirements and operational requirements are met.
  • Build all ticketed events into the ticketing system and manage customer database.
  • Lead box office operations and additional temporary staff as required.
  • Work and coordinate the activities of our Event Coordinator

Who are we looking for?

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are desirable but not crucial
  • Experience in event management, casino operations or large hospitality experience preferred.
  • Delphi and Opera experience is advantageous
  • Understanding of casino rules and regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to be available on a rotating roster as determined by the team to ensure coverage of the operations.
