Events and Ticketing Manager
About the role
We are currently seeking an expert Events and Ticketing Manager to become our newest addition to our fun & multifaceted Events team. This role will complete the operation requirements of all onsite & offsite events across multiple portfolios!

Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handle and lead all enquiries from start to finish
- Provide leadership and direction regarding the operational aspects of events, ensuring customer service, budgetary requirements and operational requirements are met.
- Build all ticketed events into the ticketing system and manage customer database.
- Lead box office operations and additional temporary staff as required.
- Work and coordinate the activities of our Event Coordinator
Who are we looking for?
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are desirable but not crucial
- Experience in event management, casino operations or large hospitality experience preferred.
- Delphi and Opera experience is advantageous
- Understanding of casino rules and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to be available on a rotating roster as determined by the team to ensure coverage of the operations.
