As part of the Event Marketing team at ONE Championship, the Executive of Ticketing will report into the Manager of Event Marketing & Ticketing to ensure 360-degree success for all ONE Championship related ticketing initiatives which support live event attendance, global broadcast, and core mixed martial arts product. This is a key support role to ignite excitement among fans, through seamless customer experience and robust ticketing strategy, to drive live event attendance and tune-in to global broadcasts — all on a quest to continue building the greatest global sports media property in Asia.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage ticketing administrations and operations for all ONE Championship ticketed events
  • Liaise with ticketing agent and venue management to facilitate pre-event planning and ticketing setup
  • Check event configuration, ticket pricing, discounts, and conduct website tests to ensure accuracy and seamless customer journey
  • Work closely with event marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns including presale, on sale, and other ticketing promotions to drive tickets sales
  • Respond to event ticketing related inquiries from consumers in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage ticketing inventory for corporate entitlements and cross functional contractual fulfilments
  • Propose pricing/scaling strategy and develop creative ticketing promotions to optimize ticket sales for internal consideration and approval
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by maintaining up to date records of event sales
  • Support the team to track and analyze campaigns/activations to achieve event-based targets
  • Support and manage event day ticketing logistics including, but not limited to, distribution of goodie bags, placement of in-arena signage, and preparing event staff
  • Collaborate cross functionally to set up and execute on-site consumer experience
  • Support the team on CRM efforts by working closely with Editorial team on content and execution
  • Support commercial and partnership relations with various stakeholders
  • Manage event ticketing settlements with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Assist with other administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required

Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Previous experience and knowledge of ticketing and/or event administration, preferred
  • Task-oriented and highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to work independently, multi-task efficiently and adhere to deadlines with strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • Self-motivated and reliable team player
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ability to handle stress while staying nimble and flexible
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent administrative skills and well verse Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be able to work varying hours, where required
  • Willing to travel frequently (when possible again)
  • Interest in sports and/or sports marketing will be a bonus
