We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Client Services to lead and oversee the ongoing operations and strategic initiatives of Ticketek UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will report directly to the General Manager (GM) and play a crucial role in driving the efficiency and progress of our business. Your responsibilities will encompass managing diverse business operations, instituting effective internal systems, and ensuring our company’s continued growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Report directly to the GM, providing insights and recommendations on matters of importance.
  • In collaboration with the GM develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to drive growth and performance.
  • Set clear and comprehensive goals for performance and sustainable growth.
  • Establish policies that foster our company’s culture and align with our vision.

Operations Oversight:

  • Supervise and lead daily operations across UK including On-Site Operations, Customer Service, Client Services.
  • Inspire and lead your team to achieve maximum performance and dedication.
  • Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Lead and participate in expansion activities, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Manage budgets and targets in collaboration with the GM.

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with B2B partners, organisers, venues, and B2C customers to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.

Personnel Management:

  • Lead, train, and recruit personnel within your departments, fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in events and ticketing, with a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Proficiency in business functions such as On-Site Operations, Customer Service, Client Services, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Familiarity with event technology platforms and their applications.
  • Demonstrated competency in strategic planning and business development.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  • Exceptional individual and team management, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking abilities.
  • Strong aptitude for decision-making and problem-solving.
