Head of Ticketing, Nimax Theatres Ltd
The Head of Ticketing oversees and manages the ticketing operation for Nimax’s seven West End Theatres, which is based at Nimax’s Covent Garden offices. This is a unique strategic and operational role looking after a key and complex part of the business.
We are seeking an experienced ticketing professional with excellent people management skills, good and clear communication, understanding of ticketing systems, flexibility, adaptability and a passion for outstanding customer services. A strong understanding of the SOLT/BECTU Agreement would also be useful
Nimax is a fast moving, exciting, passionate company with a wide range of programming including plays, musicals, short runs, long runs, daytime family shows and wide range of concerts and comedy events.
