POSITION SUMMARY

As a member of the Creative Team, The Junior Graphic Designer helps design and create digital marketing materials for social media and other platforms. The candidate should be familiar with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and other graphic design applications. Candidate should be able to produce high-quality materials while adhering to deadlines.

ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

· Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral

· Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule

· Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines

· Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions

· Perform retouching and manipulation of images

· Amend designs after feedback

· Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Plans concept by studying information and materials.

· Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.

Required Skills and Abilities

· Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software

· Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects

· Strong analytical skills

· Excellent eye for detail

· Works with creative teams from concept through completion of final artwork on jobs to ensure creative and brand needs are being met. Contributes to the creative process as needed and offers workable solutions.

· Motion Graphic experience is a plus.
