About The Role

The Manager, Ticketing is responsible to lead the operations of all Ticketing functions within Aquaventure World, including but not limited to The Lost Chambers Aquarium, RAPs, Atlantis the Royal, Dolphin Bay, & Aquaventure. The Manager is responsible for supervising the Operations Managers, Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, & Ticketing Colleagues to ensure that the best customer service practices are carried out. This is inclusive of ticketing efficiency, cash handling skills, ticket transactions, and to be knowledgeable in all products and sales techniques in a fast paced and controlled environment. The development and training of self and direct reports is frequent and consistent to maintain highest standards. Ensures that the guest experience and journey from beginning to end of visit to Aquaventure World is an enjoyable and safe one.

About You

You will have previous experience in ticketing operations and software program/wristband technology in a large theme park or waterpark operations and at least 5 years’ experience in a senior managerial role. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office / Outlook / Excel / Word / PowerPoint and have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. You will have excellent leadership abilities including but not limited to strong communication skills, follow-up & task management.
