Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG) is looking for a creative and talented Marketing & Communications Officer to join us at The Alexandra, Birmingham. Located in the heart of the city, the theatre welcomes hundreds of performances each year. The venue is a valuable contributor to culture within Birmingham and the West Midlands, presenting a programme of world class theatre including West End musicals, drama, comedy and more – this is the perfect opportunity to expand your horizons and develop your career with the world’s largest theatre company.

The Marketing & Communications Officer supports the wider Marketing & Communications team by implementing effective campaigns that drive ticket sales and revenue for ATG. This role predominantly supports the Marketing Manager, Communications Manager and Head of Marketing & Communications in executing creative and innovative marketing plans and collaborating with producers, agencies and suppliers to do so, with a keen eye for figures, utilising data analysis software and attention to detail. This role will also provide support to the Communications Manager in raising the media profile and footprint of the venue and its shows. This can include actions such as implementing campaign ideas, partnerships, creating content, supervising PR stunts and press nights. This position is key in delivering ATG’s marketing & long-term growth strategy.
