THE JOB

The role of the Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing and continually evaluating agreed marketing plans for clients and consumers in accordance with international marketing strategy in an effort to maximise ticket sales across multiple businesses.

 

We are seeking a passionate marketer, with a love of live entertainment and a hunger to grow and learn.

This position would be suited to someone who can take and apply initiative and provide support to our team, understanding that being a team player contributes to the wider objectives of the business. Successful candidates will have a proven track record with relationship building in a corporate environment, ability to think laterally and focus on solutions; and have a keen eye for detail especially when it comes to analytics.

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Work with our clients to develop 360 degree B2B and B2C marketing strategies with a strong digital focus, aiming to drive new customer and client acquisition and retention.

 

  • Deliver innovative digital strategies to meet client briefs, objectives and budgets. Build fluid and dynamic strategies across online marketing channels and plan automation that will drive business outcomes.

 

  • Measure and report on delivered digital campaigns, including ROI and insights gained; assess against objectives for post campaign analysis, circulate learnings with team and senior management.

 

  • Manage performance marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms including  Facebook, Tiktok, Google ads, Google Campaign Manager 360 or similar, Google Analytics GA4 and Google Tag Manager to create and deliver compelling campaigns on behalf of clients and Moshtix.

 

  • Collaborate with both Marketing and Client Management team to ensure delivery of brand and client objectives across a range or products such as: EDM templates, websites, pitch treatments, advertising, display & video incorporation.

 

  • Manage Moshtix CRM tools which includes the onboarding and training of clients in best practices and use of their data while maintaining the health of the Moshtix database.

 

  • Ensure content is optimised for SEO and best practice is implemented across all digital elements.

 

WHAT WE NEED

  • A proven track record in experience successfully managing digital marketing campaigns, ideally within an agency, fast moving consumer goods, or similar fast-paced environment
  • Ability and finesse in creating social content and marketing strategic recommendations for best use of content in digital
  • Prior experience and familiarity in managing Facebook Pages, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Google AdWords, Google Analytics
  • Strong knowledge of the digital ecosystem and ability to keep up to date with trends in this space;
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Marketing preferred
  • Experience with a Data Management Platforms, Demand Side Platform, Marketing automation and similar will be highly regarded
  • Proficiency and familiarity with Adobe Create Suite, including; Illustrator InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional and more.
  • Prior experience with digital imaging
  • Knowledge of latest web trends and technologies
