We’re looking for temporary support for the world’s largest theatre membership scheme, ATG TheatreCard.

The Ambassador Theatre Group is the world’s number one live-theatre company, covering every discipline in the theatre industry, from operating venues to ticketing platforms and producing shows. We have the unrivalled advantage of owning the UK’s largest theatre ticketing business (atgtickets.com & lovetheatre.com) and theatre’s largest Membership scheme (ATG Theatre Card: c.100K members).

We’re looking for temporary assistance (six months) in the team responsible for ATG TheatreCard. The Membership Account Executive will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the scheme, as well as leading the reporting of acquisition and retention and managing the exclusive Member Facebook groups.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience on the biggest theatre Membership scheme in the world, with the potential for the contract to turn into a permanent position.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Confident working with Microsoft Excel
  • A team player who is outgoing and will play a key role in the culture of the extended Membership Marketing Team.
  • An organised individual who can clearly and effectively report back to the rest of the team and external partners.
  • Customer-orientated
  • Able to collaborate closely with other departments and create strong and productive relationships.

Our ideal candidate will have an understanding of customer, media and campaign performance, and associated measurement tools.
