The Role

AXS is looking for a Onsales Manager based in the United States of America. The primary focus of this role will be to perform all the duties required to accomplish successful presales and onsales while maintaining system integrity for the US and any other markets as needed. The successful candidate will coordinate preparation meetings and support efforts across all departments, ensuring excellent communication and awareness of high demand onsales. You will also be responsible for producing daily, weekly and monthly reports which will inform all stakeholders of key performance indicators.

This position will require excellent verbal and written skills as you will be required to run daily calls and work with our Incident Management, Account Management, Client Support, SRE, Data Analytics, Social media, Engineering and Executive leadership teams. 

The ideal candidate must have strong experience at using Ticketing systems, web queuing systems and have excellent understanding of large scale systems, their performance metrics and how to handle high demand web onsales.

What You’ll Do

  • Daily monitoring of all presales & onsales
  • Ensuring proper configuration of onsale/presale waiting rooms
  • Monitoring of system resources to ensure system integrity
  • Manipulating the outflow of onsales to ensure we do not exceed system resources
  • Working with Support departments to ensure proper procedures and guidelines are being followed
  • Working with all departments to alert for high profile events and setting up of zoom calls
  • Analyzing daily onsales reports to anticipate potential high profile events and impending system load
  • Work with Engineering teams on system enhancements and issues that arise
  • Have a good working relationship with our 3rd party vendors
  • Use the AXS ticketing system to assist with diagnosing issues and problems during onsales
  • Set-up preparation calls for all high demand or high visibility presales & onsales
  • Run daily calls
  • Collaborate with all global onsales teams when required

What to Bring

  • Extensive understanding and working knowledge of ticketing (AXS ticketing knowledge preferred)
  • Basic HTML understanding
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to diagnose and recognize “issues” quickly
  • Ability to work well both in a team environment and independently
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
