THE TEAM

 

Ticketmaster International, a Live Nation Entertainment company, is currently seeking a highly motivated Paid Search Executive to join our growing team. Ticketmaster’s international function is constantly growing, providing great opportunities for professional development. Our mission is to grow Ticketmaster’s international business by delivering efficient and creative solutions to all 30+ markets we support. As Paid Search Executive you will be at the forefront of this exciting new phase of our journey, working closely with your line manager to deliver results while broadening and deepening your skill set.

 

 

 

THE JOB 

 

Reporting to our Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Search) within the international team, you will own paid search campaign execution and performance across our international markets.

 

You’ll be a member of a dynamic, international team while working for one of the biggest names in live entertainment.

 

You will maintain strong working relationships with the broader international team, local market stakeholders as well as our dedicated platform partners.

You will be the hands-on expert when it comes to the optimisation, measurement, and reporting of Paid Search; constantly informing best practices and strategies to drive better efficiency and scalability.

 

To be successful in this role you should have excellent communication skills, data-driven decision-making skills, and strong attention to detail.

Our team delivers ongoing business growth whilst also ensuring the professional growth of all team members.

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

  • Hands-on day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid search campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager to improve campaign automation and run smarter campaigns.
  • Weekly reporting against commercial objectives within the team, with monthly and quarterly reports to stakeholders.
  • Regularly conducting hygiene checks and account maintenance to protect performance.
  • Executing a robust test-and-learn program as we grow the role of paid search within Ticketmaster International.
  • Monitoring competitor and industry trends to stay up to date on platform updates and industry best practices.

 

 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • Hands-on experience executing, optimising, and reporting on paid search campaigns using Google Ads and SA360.
  • Previous management of significant media spend, with a strong record of delivering growth and ROI improvement through the data-driven decision making
  • Strong time management skills, and ability to respond to shifting priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
  • High attention to detail, and strong analytical ability when dealing with large data sets.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to embrace new ideas and concepts, and pioneering new approaches within your team or company
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

 

 

 

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working on e-commerce businesses or equivalent industries with large inventory.
  • Google Skillshop Certification would be a bonus

 

 

YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)

  • You are looking for a step up to be a subject matter expert for paid search in an international setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills – you will be the go-to person for the campaign and channel insight.
  • You are able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with various teams around the world, where you can continue to improve and progress your marketing knowledge of paid search and analytics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills are a prerequisite for success. Proven ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated individual
