About you

As the Partnership Ticketing Manager and Analyst you will build and monitor reports and dashboards that enable our team to understand the completeness and accuracy of the data used for performance and day to day client management purposes.  You will lead in creating essential ticketing reporting for an exciting new partnership for the company under guidance. Organising and validating reports and data across the different ticketing systems, working with a large range of countries and people.

 

You’re a clear communicator, able to adapt to audiences and stakeholders of various levels of data literacy. Being familiar to working with a tight deadline is essential to the role.

Who you are

 

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • Previous experience of working within a dynamic business within the music, entertainment or live events industry would be of benefit
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyse data to find trends
  • Extremely competent in using Microsoft Office suite, Excel and PowerPoint in particular
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in using MS Excel to a higher intermediate/advanced level is essential
  • Demonstrable experience with a combination of query languages and data visualisation tools, ideally SQL, Tableau and Power BI (other data visualisation or database coding languages would be considered)
  • Excellent numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English. Additional European languages are a bonus
  • Knowledge or experience working in live music ticketing preferable but not essential.

What the role includes

  • Monitor ticketing reports and data for completeness and accuracy
  • Aid in reporting regular ticket sales reports for the partnerships team
  • Building of PowerPoint presentations as needed
  • Collate and deliver sales reports, seats maps and to ensure the delivery within the partnership guidelines
  • Help deliver ad hoc requests from senior executives for data and summaries in the form of a performance tracker for internal and external use
  • Aid in building Tableau as the dashboard tool of choice for analysis purposes
  • Articulate the work we do both in the company and the department. This includes producing presentations and dashboards for projects we deliver
  • Build a rapport and liaise with stakeholders within the company. You will work with people across all divisions of the business, at all levels, and in up to 20 different countries
  • Work collaboratively within the international ticketing department
