CTS Eventim and its partners have been selected to supply ticketing technology, access control, customer
service and knowhow to Paris 2024.


THE JOB

The Product Specialist will help coordinate and implement the delivery of the ticketing system for the Paris 2024 Olympics project working closely with the Eventim project team, the client, and other key stakeholders.

You will be responsible for supporting the configuration and maintenance of the ticketing system alongside Paris 2024 to enable the provision of a world class ticketing service.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Working with the client and Eventim product teams to input into the authoring of ticketing system
requirements

Providing advice and guiding ticketing operations using your knowledge and experience of delivering
major events and tournaments

Working with partners to implement systems and operational solutions

Assist in the creation of user guides and documentation to aid systems use by partners and clients

Create and validate venue seating plans and holds

To effectively monitor and report on available inventory with a view to maximising revenue

Generate and maintain event, system, and financial reporting

Support user acceptance testing of all solutions

Contribute to the master project plan and report task progress

Configure and implement ticketing systems for each phase of the project

Assist in the coordination of installation and support for tournament time access control and ticket
office systems

Become an expert in Eventim systems and act as level 1 support

Support all teams during games time

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Experience delivering venue ticketing operations and the operation of ticketing systems, ideally the
Eventim suite of systems

Strong skills in Excel and ideally a knowledge of BI tools and SQL.

An understanding of CRM tools and a general understanding of data segmentation

Excellent communication skills and persuasive in gaining agreement between all team members

English language essential. French and/or German would be a plus.
