Duration : 12-18months contract
Experience
10+years (with experience in E-commerce product catalogues / ticketing systems, e.g. VGS Ticketing System, Viva Ticket, Gateway, Embed. Experience working for theme parks, attractions, and Family Entertainment Centers.)
Responsibilities
- Develop / review the project charter
- Develop / review the project plan.
- Review project teams capabilities and mobilization.
- Develop / review status reports and track progress.
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies.
- Monitor progress vs plans and budget.
- Manage stakeholders
- Manage Implementation Product/vendor delivery on behalf of the client.
- Conduct backlog grooming and prioritization.
- Understand user stories and raise concerns.
- Track and report issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Manage end to end testing & SIT.
- Manage and perform UAT.
- Report and track bugs & issues.
- Work with the implementation vendor for resolving bugs/fixes.
- Collaborate with Infra team and ensure BCM/Autoscale/Application Monitoring / Infra Monitoring are fully deployed for all systems according to criticality.
- Oversee Help Desk Setup for L1 incident management and AMS setup for processing L2/L3 management.
- Manage Code Repository, JIRA or similar, and ITSM Configuration Management Systems.
- Manage Performance, Security/Pen Testing, and Operational Testing (BCM, Backup, Restore).
- Review, conduct QA, and sign off on deliverables produced by the product/ implementation vendor.
- Review and sign-off system documentation provided by the product/ implementation vendor.
- Oversee the Technical and Functional aspects of handover and acceptance
- Manage all the release process, for all the changes to be moved to production environment.
- Manage training sessions.
- Manage Knowledge Transfer plan and enable support: Ensure a smooth transition between the Implementation vendor and the Annual Maintenance Service vendor.
- Ensuring meeting the projects deadlines,deliverables, milestones, and go-live timelines.
- Ensure vendor follows client’s provided templates and controls quality assurance.
- Secure approvals from the Design Authority for the solution design proposed by the Product / Vendor.
- Manage coordination between multiple vendors and track / resolve integration issues.
- Collaborate with multiple vendors for integration work.
