To become the go-to ticketing technology platform for live entertainment players in the Americas and Southern Europe.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a business development leader to introduce P4 in the US market by establishing strategic partnerships with content right owners and set the ground for growing P4 business in the long run.

LOCATION:

The BD Manager will work remotely in the US and will be reporting to Co-Founders Vicente Vara and Juanjo Delgado from HQ in Spain.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define the acquisition and expansion strategy for the US market, building a healthy pipeline of Content right owners (Venues, Promoters, Teams) within the live entertainment industry.

• Lead full cycle of sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, pitch, financial case, negotiation, closing and on-boarding activities.

• Develop a high knowledge of the P4 platform and new features to provide all necessary information to potential clients.

• Provide feedback to the IT department for roadmap development on product localization and client needs.

• Leverage senior executive relationships in the industry to uncover strategic opportunities into new markets and territories.

• Represent P4 in the US at all levels, media, exhibitions, authorities.

• Actively participate in the hiring and development of the US team as P4 grows in the country.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience working in sales in the Live Event Ticketing SaaS B2B sector.

• Hands-on attitude: you’ll have to roll up your sleeves!

• You’re extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments

• Good stakeholder management and passion to make things happen

• Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred

• An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude

• Sales hunger is a must!

• Native English is required. Other languages a plus.

• Entrepreneurial spirit with relentless drive
