THE JOB

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented presentation designer to join the UK Client Development team at a thriving time for our business.

You’ll play a pivotal role working with our team of Business Development Specialists, Client Directors and B2B Marketing specialists to help us tell our story, whether to prospective clients or existing ones through cutting edge presentations. You’ll work closely with our sales, marketing and product teams to transform technical details into compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Craft engaging narratives that highlight the unique value propositions of our products and tools and how they can add value to our client’s businesses
  • Translate technical details into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics and animations.
  • Tailor presentations to suit the needs and interests of diverse audiences, including technical decision-makers and business executives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to gather information and insights for presentations often on short timescales in response to client requirements
  • Ensure all presentations align with the company’s brand guidelines and global sales enablement narratives, maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity.
  • Be efficient in the update and creation of internal templates to empower the Client Development team to produce professional presentations quickly and easily. Work with our Client Development Directors to produce regular scheduled reports for key clients.
  • Engage with wider Sales Enablement and Design functions to ensure we are utilising the latest visuals in our presentations.
  • The ability to manage ambiguity and iterate quickly while incorporating stakeholder feedback is essential

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • Proven experience as a presentation designer, preferably in a technology or software-related field.
  • Strong proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and the ability to edit video.
  • Ability to distill complex technical information into clear and compelling visual presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with the live entertainment or ticketing industry is a plus
