THE JOB

 

The Sales Enablement Executive will play an important role in helping Ticketmaster to win and retain business across the UK.

 

You will help the Client Development team tell the Ticketmaster story of how the company’s products and services provide solutions to our clients and fans. These stories will be told through numerous channels, including sales materials and presentations, conferences, and more.

 

You will build strong relationships with local market stakeholders and understand the perspectives of Ticketmaster’s diverse clientele, while keeping a pulse on Ticketmaster products and services and the industry’s latest offerings.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Support the creation, implementation and management of engaging presentations for new business proposals and products and service updates.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental information gathering for tender submissions and RFI responses.
  • Work with local teams to regionalise global sales materials for the UK market.
  • Deliver product-oriented collaterals as UK products are released, developed and evolve.
  • Update sales materials with new products and services along with any developments.
  • Gather UK case studies, testimonials and examples of Ticketmaster products and services.
  • Build, manage and maintain an up-to-date internal database of UK product information and assets.
  • Manage TM1 Community content – our B2B content hub for clients.
  • Provide input for B2B marketing materials on our products and services.
  • Keep the Client Development team informed of product and service developments.
  • Monitor competitor product and service offerings and provide insight to the UK business.
  • Other responsibilities, as defined by business requirements.

 

 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • Solid marketing and/or sales enablement experience required
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment required
  • Strong creative, copy writing and proofing skills required
  • Experience in the creation of digital marketing assets
  • Microsoft suite proficiency required, specifically PowerPoint and Word
  • Basic design proficiency required, such as basic Photoshop skills
  • Ticketing system business development understanding preferred

  • Organised, self-motivated and capable of working to own initiative
  • Enthusiastic, confident, and able to communicate at all levels
  • Effective team player, ability to co-ordinate non-direct reports
  • Good time management skills with the ability to plan/prioritise work demands
