Senior Client Services Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Client Services Manager to join our team on a full time 12-month maternity cover basis. This role can be based from our Bristol or from our London offices.
Our Client Services team are the key point of contact for our clients. The role of Senior Client Services Manager is a technical and varied role within the team, working closely with the UK’s most prestigious venues and promoters on ticketing for world class events.
As one of our Senior Client Services Manager’s, you will:
- Manage and develop client accounts
- Ensure each client receives a high standard of service delivery and continuity across their account
- Ensure that all contractual agreements between us and the client are met and managed
- Partner with clients to discuss event build requirements and time frames
- Deliver and take ownership for key event ticketing builds
- Monitor ticket sales and ensure we have the appropriate marketing and promotional strategies in place to maximise ticket sales
- Plan, attend and oversee operations on event days
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience of ticketing systems, including event builds and event operations
- A client focused attitude
- Excellent communication and customer care skills across all levels of business relationships
- The ability to be pro-active and adaptable, being able to problem solve and implement innovation solutions
- Excellent time management and prioritising skills and being able to deal with multiple deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills and possess a meticulous attention to detail
