YOUR MISSION
As a Senior Coordinator for the touring shows, you will report to the Director – Ticketing Operations. You will play a key role in achieving the business objectives of the Cirque du Soleil Touring Shows Division.
Among other things, you will have to:
– Being a specialist in events programming on multiple ticketing systems;
– Programming promotions in ticketing systems or in collaboration with partners;
– Being a guardian of the quality control of information on the different ticketing platforms, and ticketing products;
– Monitoring and managing ticket inventories;
– Participate in developing pricing strategies to meet established goals.
-Participate in developing various analysis and reports.
– Being a contact who knows how to establish good relations with the different ticketing teams at cirque and beyond;
– Being a key person who shares all information internally;
– Being a vector change always aimed at improving the processes.
YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE
– Diploma of collegial studies in a related field or min. 3 years in a similar position;
– Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, in a changing environment;
– Organization and time-management skills
– Ability to manage pressure and a significant workload;
– Knowledge of Outbox and Ticketmaster;
– Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite;
– Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
