Ambassador Theatre Group Published 2 years ago

The Ambassador Theatre Group is an extraordinary success story in the live entertainment industry. Founded in 1992 in the UK, we’ve grown into the world’s number one live-theatre company today. We cover every discipline in the theatre industry, from operating venues to ticketing platforms and producing shows. We are passionate about great shows and our ambition is to help them find the largest possible audiences.

ATG is looking for a talented Senior Data Scientist at a pivotal time as we transform our data capability and seek someone to lead the delivery of value from the rich customer data that we hold

This is a foundational role with plenty of scope to develop and grow as you develop your skills whilst contributing to our longer-term direction. With two direct reports you will collaborate with Marketing, Venue, Customer Experience, Product and Data Engineering teams to develop, models, segmentations and insight that enhance our Loyalty and CRM programmes, marketing effectiveness and our audience’s experience.

You will have very strong analytical, statistical and modelling skills with experience of manipulating and ‘making sense’ of data from disparate sources, alongside excellent leadership skills which are a must!

Theatre is a wonderful industry to work, with highly engaged customers, passionate employees and a wealth of data across ticketing, on and offline journeys, venue experience and food & beverage.

The role combines the benefits of working from home and the office, with that mix determined by yourself and the team to deliver the best results.
