THE JOB

 

You will assume a senior leadership position within the International Ticketmaster Clubs division, where your core responsibility will be to spearhead the advancement of our OKRs aligned with our overarching mission of being the foremost ticketing partner for Clubs. Your strategic focus will involve empowering Clubs to optimize sales, streamline operations, and solidify our position as their trusted industry ally.

 

Your primary responsibility will revolve around supporting the UK business in achieving its objectives and delivering impactful results. This entails enhancing client experiences and driving widespread adoption of Ticketmaster’s cutting-edge tools to ensure our clients benefit from the most advanced and seamless experiences available.

 

As a crucial part of your role, you will deeply immerse yourself in our clients’ realm, gaining a profound understanding of their priorities and leveraging Ticketmaster’s capabilities to effectively bolster their growth strategies. In partnership with our client support teams, you will engage in comprehensive interviews and market research to establish an interactive platform for valuable feedback and innovative ideas, fostering collaboration with our product development teams.

 

This is an international role, and whilst focusing primarily on the UK, you will be working alongside teams across all platforms and markets, sharing learnings and best practices as we continue to invest in the segment globally.

 

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • You will build and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, solutions, and technology.
  • You will be leading our platform consolidation initiative in the UK, assessing the readiness of clients and platforms while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across the organization. Your primary focus will be to establish the necessary timelines for successfully accomplishing our ultimate goal of platform consolidation.
  • You will work with internal stakeholders and clients actively engaging them to gather insights, requirements, and feedback regarding the suitability of our products and identifying their evolving development needs.
  • You will use Salesforce to report on all NRL and Pipeline opportunities for the Clubs division internationally, partnering with NA teams, and working towards consolidated and aligned segment reporting globally.
  • You will be engaging with each regional sales team to analyze the Salesforce data to gain a deep understanding of the market, segment, product need and opportunity size.
  • You will undertake and record extensive Clubs’ competitor research and analysis.
  • You will engage in continual in-person client interaction through venue site visits, forging strong relations and capturing insightful product and service feedback.
  • You will facilitate ongoing client feedback forums to encourage continuous input and engagement and execute key client business communications for the segment. You will establish a strong personal brand within the industry by regularly attending live events, conferences, showcases, concerts, festivals etc.
  • You will develop productive relationships with senior-level stakeholders across the business, helping them to understand where Ticketmaster Clubs fits into the wider business.

 

 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • Extensive proven experience in Ticketing Operations.
  • Comfortable operating at a senior level in an international business.
  • Multi-divisional experience – working across departments and teams to get things done.
  • Strong knowledge of current and future trends in ticketing and live entertainment and engaging with relevant parties accordingly.
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential to this role.
  • Fluent English, and the ability to produce clear and concise documents and emails.
  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience required.
  • Advanced skills with PowerPoint
  • Experience working in a complex international organization.
  • Demonstrable experience in people management; a strong motivator and developer of talent.
  • Client-facing ability and experience.
