TES Live produces and delivers location-based experiences – live shows and immersive entertainment – to audiences worldwide for many of the biggest brands in family entertainment. Based in Melbourne, the company has grown to be a global player in the family entertainment market through developing major projects and experiences including Pixar Putt and the Australian Open Ballpark.

This role works closely with the Senior Account Manager to manage key accounts and deliverables. The Senior Event Manager must be able to manage end to end projects, as well as work collaboratively when assisting with projects led by the Senior Account Manager. Key accounts for this role include Disney, LEGO, Mattel and Warner Bros.

About the role

  • Budgeting and client reporting
  • Client management and administration
  • Liaising with clients through ideation phase and into production
  • Independently managing projects from initial briefing to execution
  • Keeping budgets updated regularly in collaboration with production and sales
  • Finding and briefing suppliers to assist with new events. Setting up project parameters to be handed onto production.
  • Assist in maintaining a dynamic list of all projects in the pipeline
  • Identify new trends/processes to feed into future projects

About you

  • Microsoft Suite (particularly Excel)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with FileMaker would be preferred
  • Previous event management experience
