We have a great opportunity for a Senior Fan Centre Manager to join our Marketing and Ticketing department. The Senior Fan Centre Manager will have overall responsibility for the matchday ticketing operations.
Overall, you will lead the Fan Centre team, ensuring cost efficiencies through accurate staffing and performance enhancements to deliver an excellent experience for supporters. We are looking for an individual who is committed to quality customer service and attention to detail.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing and Ticketing, you will work along side relevant Senior Managers to devise campaigns to drive sales of existing products, generating new interest in new products and services.
Essentially, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate extensive knowledge of ticketing systems and sales, previously experienced in a Ticketing Manager role.
You will need to showcase strong management and leadership skills, ensuring team members are offered adequate training in their role so they are fully equipped to execute the Clubs ticketing strategy.
Ordinarily, the team is based at Goodison Park, but in light of the ongoing pandemic the team is working on a remote basis. This position is on a permanent basis, the closing date of this advert is on Sunday 21st February.
